I want to add a feature to my controller, but I don't see it.

If you are not able to select an option on our website, it is not available for the controller you are customizing. This could be because we are currently out-of-stock on that item or, in the case of many team controllers, we are only able to offer a specific configuration for certain designs.



What is the CNTRL warranty and what does it cover?

The 90-day warranty covers the cosmetic condition of the controller upon delivery and its full functionality. The warranty does not cover excessive wear or damage to the controller, which may be determined by inspection upon return. Examples of what would not be covered include, but are not limited to, torn or damaged power cord, damage from controller being dropped, liquid damage, or food crumbs getting in or on the controller.

What is the CNTRL return policy?

You have 14 days, from the day of delivery, to return your controller to us. As all TS Warrior Player Controllers are handmade to your specifications, there is a 15% restocking fee for all products returned, unless a returned item is defective, in which case the restocking fee may be waived. If there is any damage or excessive wear to the item, there will be an additional charge, based on the cost of repair or replacement.

If I am outside of my warranty, can you still repair my controller?

Of course you can! We will service your controller for as long as you own it! The cost of each repair or upgrade is determined on a case-by-case basis, but most of our pricing is in line with the cost of the options on our website. Once your controller is repaired and tested by our technicians, we'll send you an email with the shipping information. All repairs are covered under our 90-day Limited Warranty.

Please reach out to us to get all the accurate shipping information and be sure to give us all the information related to the controller you are sending back. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping service when sending us your controller.

 

 

 

How long does it take to get my order?

Each CNTRL controller is handcrafted and built to specification. We offer multiple delivery speeds for gamers who want to get their custom controller as quickly as possible. Delivery speed includes the build time of your controller as well as its expected delivery time. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, from 10AM to 7PM.

Standard shipping rates still apply, exceptions are as follows:

  • We will be closed for December 25 and 26th and 1st January.

My controller has an issue and it's under warranty, how do I get it fixed?

All In-Warranty Repairs are covered under our 90-day  Limited Warranty.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

We provide this Warranty to you to ensure the Game Controller and/or Accessory is free from defect, malfunction or failure. At our expense, we will either replace or repair your Game Controller or Accessory, in accordance with the terms of this Warranty. CNTRL will fully cover the cost of shipping to and from our facility. Once your controller is repaired and tested by our technicians, we will send you an email with the shipping information. This Warranty does not protect any gaming controller, device, apparatus or accessory not purchased directly from us.

To initiate a repair, please be sure to fill out as much information as possible about the controller you are returning.
